KALAM CENTRE-KSJC 2020-21

We are a team of 38 students on a mission to change the world!!! For this to be possible, we have divided up the roles & responsibilities. Find out more below

Presidents

They look over the overall coordination of the project and missions, calling the team meetings and representing Kalam Centre at the campus and at different forums and other offices.

Vice Presidents

Their role is to closely work with the presidents, setting timelines for the project sand maintaining the records of the donations received.

Creative Coordinators(6)

They handle photography and graphical content under a set format which is best suited for the highest social media engagement.

Social Media Coordinators(6)

Their job is to manage the online presence of the club. For this, they have created a blog(which you are currently on), along with amazing  instagram & facebook pages(links at the top).

Content Writing Coordinators(3)

They are the writers of all the amazing content that you get to read and see. The Content Writers also come up with catchy slogans and jingles for the campaigns.

Documentation and Research Coordinators(6)

They are in charge of creating a monthly newsletter which can be shared on social media. They also prepare the research papers of the activities and any proposals needed by the CSR institutions.

Volunteer Engagement Coordinators(4)

The VE coordinators are responsible for increasing the number of volunteers within and outside the institution. They also decide on the best possible messaging for engaging others.

Program/Field Coordinators(3)

Field Coordinators are responsible for increasing the scope of work and forming the necessary networks needed. They also  document any concerns/new findings at the grass root level and share them with the team.

Outreach Coordinators(6)

 The Outreach Coordinators have the responsibility of reaching out to the other campuses and institutions, maintaining relations with potential sponsors, speakers and partners for all the activities undertaken. They also have the task of coordinating with the other teams of Kalam Centre-ksjc, both on/off the campus.
